Home Shipping

1. Pack your items

Pack any items you want shipped home using your included UTrucking Kit (5 boxes, tape, and bubble wrap). All items must be boxed or bagged.

2. Leave everything in your room

On pickup day, leave your packed boxes or bags in your dorm room or apartment.

If you’re in WashU housing, you do not need to be present.

3. We pick it up

Our team picks up directly from your dorm room or apartment at your scheduled time.

4. We ship it home

Your items are shipped via UPS and delivered to your home anywhere in the continental U.S. within 2–5 business days.

Important: Only boxed or bagged items can be shipped due to carrier requirements.

1. Fill out your pickup and shipping details

After adding to cart, enter:

• Student name

• Pickup date

• Pickup time window

• Pickup location (University or non-university housing)

• Building and room number

• Shipping address

• You’ll also select how many UTrucking Kits you’d like. Your first kit (5 boxes, tape, and bubble wrap) is included; additional kits are $30 each.

2. Add Home Shipping to your cart

Add Home shipping to your cart and checkout. 

3. Receive your UTrucking Kit

Your kit will be delivered at least 5 days before pickup so you have time to pack.

4. Pack and leave items for pickup

On pickup day, leave your packed boxes or bags in your room or apartment.

We’ll pick them up and ship them directly to your home.
