When and where can I pick up boxes?
If you signed up for box handouts, please click here for the date, time, and location you can pick up packing supplies. We have boxes, tape, and bubble-wrap available for you.
How do I change my delivery/pickup date, time, and location?
You can change your scheduled time on our website by logging in to your account and going to your orders. You can change your scheduled time, date, and location for free any time up to 24 hours in advance. You can log into your account here.
Do I need to be at my room or apartment for delivery/pickup?
Yes, we expect someone to be present at your room or apartment during the time slot you selected. We will contact you when we are on the way. If you are unable to be at your room or have someone be there for you, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us directly at (314) 266-8878 and we can work out a solution.
Do you offer off-campus delivery/pickup?
We can deliver or pickup from any apartment/house in Saint Louis. You do not need to live in WashU housing to use our services.
What if plans change and I need to adjust my storage term?
We offer options to extend or shorten your storage term at any time. We can deliver your items at any time during the year, simply contact us and we will work out a solution. We are flexible and will never penalize you for a change of plans.
What if I am unable to return to retrieve my storage items?
We offer options to extend your storage term if you plan to return at a later date than expected. We can also ship most storage items home for you, all you would need to pay is our standard shipping rates of $2.15 per pound. Please contact us if you would like to request these services.
Are appliance rentals for the full year, or just one semester?
Prices for appliance rentals are for the full year (both semesters). If you need to rent an appliance for only one semester, please email us.
I don't see the price for my item. How do I know how much it will cost?
All pricing information can be found under the description for each service. Don't see something on the list? Send us an email at email@example.com with a photo, link, or description, and we'll do our best to give you a quote based on the information you give us.
My box is damaged, what should I do?
We take the care of your belongings incredibly seriously. However, in the event that one of your items gets damaged, please contact us immediately with a filled out claims form found here. We are very proactive with our insurance and will follow up your claim immediately by sending one of our experienced representatives to discuss the damaged item.
