STL Recovers Moving & Storage

1. Walkthrough and packing supplies (Visit 1)

Book a walkthrough above. We visit your home, confirm your approved room count with the Program, photograph your rooms and items, and schedule your pack-out. We leave UTrucking kits (boxes, tape, and bubble wrap) so you can pack personal items on your own time. You can also leave all the packing to us.

2. Pack-out (Visit 2)

Our crew packs and protects everything in your approved rooms. Every item gets a numbered QR label and condition photos. For External Move + Storage, contents go to our secure, climate-controlled St. Louis facility. For In-Home Moves, contents are staged and protected in another area of your home.

3. Protected during construction

Your belongings stay inventoried, photographed, and protected while your home is under construction. One month of storage is included, and additional months are covered through the Program if construction runs longer.

4. Return and signoff (Visit 3)

When your contractor marks your home construction-ready, we schedule your return delivery. We place every item where you want it, reassemble furniture, remove all packing materials, and walk each room with you before you sign off.

2. Book your free walkthrough

There is no checkout and nothing to pay. Your STL Recovers voucher covers the full cost of approved rooms, and the Program pays us directly.

3. We confirm within 24 hours

We call or text to confirm your walkthrough window, and we coordinate dates with your SLSCO construction manager so your move fits the construction schedule.

4. We handle the rest

Walkthrough, pack-out, storage, and return delivery are all scheduled around your construction timeline. Your return visit is booked later, whenever your home is ready.
