1. Get your packing supplies (optional)

Add UTrucking kits (boxes, tape, and bubble wrap) to your order. We’ll deliver them ahead of your move so you can pack on your own time. You can also feel free to use your own packing supplies.

2. Pack and prepare

Pack your belongings before your move date. Whether it’s a few items or a full apartment, we’re ready.

3. We move it

Our team arrives at your location, loads everything carefully, and transports it to your new place.

4. We set you up

We unload and place your items where you need them, so you can settle in quickly.

What if my move takes longer than 2 hours?

No problem. Additional time is billed at $65 per mover, per hour, in 15-minute increments, so you only pay for the time you need.

Do I need to pack everything beforehand?

Yes, we recommend packing before your move. You can add UTrucking kits (boxes, tape, and bubble wrap) to your order so you’re fully prepared ahead of time.

What’s included in the $400 moving package?

Shipping
We deliver your parcel within 2–3 working days. As soon as your package has left our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation by email. This confirmation contains a tracking number that you can use to find out where your package is.

Returns
We offer free returns within 30 days. All you have to do is fill out the return slip that you received in your package and stick the prepaid label on the package.Please note that it can take 2 weeks for us to process your return. We will do our best to complete this process as soon as possible.

We provide a 2-year limited warranty, from the date of purchase for all our products.

If you believe you have received a defective product, or are experiencing any problems with your product, please contact us.

This warranty strictly does not cover damages that arose from negligence, misuse, wear and tear, or not in accordance with product instructions (dropping the product, etc.).
